My property journey began in 2008 when my husband, Mark, and I purchased a small one-bedroom flat in Camden. With limited funds to hire contractors, we took on the challenge ourselves, gutting and renovating the property from top to bottom. Despite the economic downturn at the time, our hard work and strategic approach paid off—we made a £60,000 profit, proving that smart property investment can succeed even in the most challenging market conditions. This experience ignited our passion for real estate and set the foundation for our future in property investment.

From there, I rapidly expanded my portfolio, moving from flips to buy-to-lets, HMOs, commercial conversions, and hotel acquisitions. As the interior designer for all our projects, I ensure each property is finished to the highest standard, maximizing its resale value.

I have been involved in property investment since the age of 25, building a diverse and robust portfolio over the past two decades. My journey began with my first investment in Jamaica, laying the foundation for a career driven by strategic acquisitions and development.
From there, I expanded my expertise to Sri Lanka, where I was involved in planning land acquisitions and development projects.

With a keen eye for market trends and a strategic approach to development, I continue to grow and diversify my investments, helping others achieve financial success through property.
